Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us within that window and we will arrange the pickup.
Eligible Items
- Unused items in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Defective or damaged items received in transit (photo proof required).
- Wrong item shipped (we cover return shipping).
Personal-care products, opened cosmetics, and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
- We share a return label or arrange a courier pickup within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely with all original accessories.
- Hand over to the courier and share the tracking confirmation.
Refund Time
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued in 3 to 5 business days via the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders). You will get a WhatsApp confirmation when the refund is processed.
